Password Change Service – Avaya CallPilot: Part 2

When I teach the CallPilot product, one comment I often get is that an administrator spends so much time simply resetting passwords for users who have gotten locked out of their mailboxes because they forgot their password. Here we will show an administrator how to set up and utilize Password Reset Service, introduced with CallPilot Release 5. This feature is not unlike trying to access one of your accounts online when you can’t remember your user ID or password. Unifying Avaya Aura Messaging

Avaya Aura Messaging (AAM) is the newest messaging product for the Avaya Aura platform. AAM brings flexibility that’s beneficial in today’s market place with Linux-based servers, system platform virtualization, and SIP installations for compatibility with the Avaya Communication Manager and the Avaya CS1000 call servers. AAM provides three separate options for end-users to store and access messages. With AAM, customers can store and retrieve messages from within the Avaya Message Store, Microsoft Exchange Server, or a combination of both.
